

Your main responsibility is to treat your guests as number one, while we support you through everything from construction and training, to marketing and operations. As an independent owner and/or operator, you take care of the guests while we support you along the way. They quickly discovered that in order to establish a successful business model, their relationship with franchisees had to be truly symbiotic. With the goal to spread their concept across the country, Mijo and Pam jumped at the opportunity and began their research into franchise systems. In 2005, they opened the very first Beyond Juicery + Eatery location in Birmingham, Michigan delighting its customers with a focus on healthy and fresh ingredients that tasted Beyond good!Īfter years of serving award winning smoothies and delicious food options, people began to knock on the door wanting to become a part of the Beyond Juicery + Eatery family. While this type of concept had begun to take a foothold on the East and West Coasts, Mijo and Pam were among the first to test the concept in the Michigan market. After witnessing more and more customers seek healthier options, they began to theorize about a new concept that served fresh, healthy foods and smoothies.

In the early 2000’s, life-time restauranteurs Mijo Alanis and Pam Vivio began to notice a shocking new trend: while working in Pam’s family restaurant, they watched as people traded in their cheeseburgers and french fries for salads and fresh produce.
